Lesson 2 · Lightness and Ease

It is so much easier and sustainable to commit to something when it is happening with a sense of lightness and ease.

Interesting… this exercise made me realise that the ‘container’ I am working on is my life… and ‘getting the house sorted’ (maintenance/cleaning) are the priority/ focus so that I can ‘dance freely’ as and when our freedoms are returned while having a firm landing / place to relax in when I come home – shifted the focus quite dramatically to ‘big picture’ / what does my ‘home’ need to be like so I can move as freely as possible in and out of it… . Don’t want my beautiful dress getting dirty and dusty as I move around in my space 🙂

Sarah, your words remember me to think in larger dimensions. This is so inspiring, encouraging to see through so called “reality” to find some truth behind, great. Thank you ?

By exploring M4L2 Lightness and Ease, specially the ice dancers exercise, I was surprised by the power of this exercise. It initiated some small changes uplifting the room and its focus points I would say with 2 – 3 points more.

Just turning the main table/desk ninety degree, moving the printer to another socket, separate it from the wireless station, and empty a wall. Now, I have the mood board of my vision of ideal on my left, the optically focus of the room on my right, can see both of them and look to my lessons on the desk from time to time too…;)

To me, this dancing lady with her chiffon dress is so powerful!
