The key word for our group is, you guessed it, elegant.

As Elegant Alchemists, you already know about online etiquette, so there are only a few rules, and they all aim to ensure that the space here is safe, welcoming and enjoyable.

1. No advertising whatsoever, whether directly, covertly or DMing other ladies. Many participants are accomplished professionals in their field, but here in the group we are all students and we want to benefit from each other’s input on that level.

2. No direct links to any other than Elegant Alchemy ressources. Of course you are very welcome to share books etc . that inspired you, but please just post the name without any link.

3. No discussions about religion or politics. We all have our convictions and opinions, but this is not the group to discuss them.

4. No advice, unless someone specifically asks for it. Meaning: if a lady shares something, maybe because she had a rough day or a challenge, offer your support and your sympathy, but do not give advice. In other words: if you want advice from the group, you will have to ask for it, and then it is of course ok to give advice. Just no unsolicited advice please, as this tends to be counterproductive.

5. When in doubt, just ask!
